How long does it take from the time I sign the lease to the
time we move in?
The schedule
will depend on the size and complexity of your operation as
well as the time it takes for the construction plans to be
approved by the City and construction team. Because
Plaza Lecea has floor plans, architects, and a construction
company ready to work on your office, the time is reduced
by as much as 90 days.
